Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for any communications they make and for all and any financial transactions and paperwork. We aim to check and approve listings within a 24 hour period, but offer no guarantee on timescales.

Alfisti.co.uk reserved the right to refuse to accept any listing, without reason. If a payment has been made, and a listing is refused before publication, the fee will be refunded.

Once a listing has been published, a bespoke service has been provided, and therefore no refunds are applicable to distance selling rules.

Alfisti.co.uk reserves the right to amend, cancel or remove any listing or account, without notice, whether any payment has been made or not..
